I am not a doctor or lawyer. Do not use these services in place of professional advice. For legal reasons, all services provided here are for spiritual matters, and are presented as a novelty or entertainment service. While I do perform the actual rituals involved, spiritual things can be fickle, and results are not guaranteed. Always use discernment when receiving readings or other spiritual advice.
REFUND RECAP:
- I can only offer refunds for spells and conjures that I have not started yet.
- I can offer refunds on physical, premade items (amulets, candles, crystals, etc.) if they arrive broken. The items must be shipped back to me.
- I can not offer refunds on custom-made items that cannot be resold, such as custom servitors.
You are paying for my time and effort to complete these spells, as well as my experience in the field. I DO NOT REFUND for lack of spell or banishing results, ESPECIALLY if the spell did not manifest because you did something I explicitly told you not to do.
If you do not see any results within three months, I can do a free re-cast of the spell.
If you get a custom conjure spirit companion from me and you don’t like the spirit that was suggested for you, I am willing to take back the previous spirit, and re-do the conjuring service once for free. I will only do this if you email me back within one week of me sending you the spirit’s write-up for approval, and ONLY if I have not done the binding process yet. You cannot agree to be bound to the first spirit and then change your mind the next day for a replacement conjure.
THE SPIRITS:
Consider this to be a “spiritual matchmaking” service. You do not “own” a living spirit.
Spiritual entities (excluding manmade servitors, which might not have true sentience) in this shop are here of their own volition. I do not trap any conjured spirit against their will in this store. If you abuse them (such as yelling at them, taunting them), then they are allowed to leave you.
My store defines a “binding” as a form of spiritual contract, that also doubles as an easy tie to them that allows them to always find you if you need them. It’s like having someone on speed dial. Spirits are not trapped inside the vessels or anything.
If you decide you no longer need a spirit’s service, and want to “release” them, then you can ask me to unbind them for you, free of charge. I will not pressure you into keeping the entity if you genuinely want to go through with it. You can also ask the entity themself to undo the binding, though I understand if you want me to do the ritual to ensure they are properly banished.
All species of entities listed here are ones that I have prior experience with, or have experience with similar entities. If you don’t see something that you know about and were curious about, feel free to ask me if I do conjures for that type of being.
DENIAL OF SERVICE:
I have the right to refuse service for several reasons, including but not limited to these examples of issues I have had in the past:
- I feel uncomfortable with the service requested (e.g. I will never attempt to summon a Wendigo for a client)
- Someone making physical or magical threats toward me for any reason
- Someone being discriminatory towards me, my friends, clients, or spirits on the basis of race, sex/gender, etc.
- Someone who is known for forcibly issuing chargebacks (by falsely claiming the reading/spell as undelivered) from other stores/my store to try and get free services, despite confirming that the services have been fulfilled.
- Someone who is known to go around slandering the quality of witch stores/making fake reviews, despite never having bought anything from them.
WARNING FOR TROUBLEMAKERS:
I know of what sorts of drama goes on in review forums and Discord servers. I do not want to be a part of that. I moved away from all that because there are many people out there who are upset with themselves and want to take it out on someone else. Many of them are storekeepers who want their competition gone. They will constantly make up lies about how competitor shopkeepers treat their entities or similar excuses in order to make themselves seem better. I do not care for such childish games.
